With over 35 years of combined experience, our franchise attorneys are extremely knowledgeable in franchising law. The division is headed up by our leading franchising attorney, Maria D’Amico, who received an international Best Lawyers award in the franchising section for the years 2022 and 2023. Maria D’Amico is also the present chairperson of the Franchise Association of South Africa (FASA).
