Thomson Wilks has developed a specialised tax law department which focuses on providing advice in relation to disputes with the South African Revenue Services. Our team is made up of either accountants/auditors and practicing attorneys who are ex SARS litigation department employees. Our team is able to advise on claims for and against SARS and to negotiate claims settlements with SARS.
