Caitlin Hardnick

Caitlin Hardnick is an Associate in the estates and fiduciary team, with a practice focused on the administration of deceased estates and trust-related matters. She advises clients on all stages of estate administration, from initial reporting through to the preparation of liquidation and distribution accounts and finalisation.

Her work also includes the drafting of wills and the registration, amendment, management, and deregistration of trusts. Caitlin gained broad exposure during her practical training across estates and fiduciary, conveyancing, and corporate and commercial matters, and has worked with a range of clients, including large corporates and listed entities.

She brings a careful, process-driven approach to fiduciary work, with particular attention to accuracy, compliance, and client service in sensitive personal matters.
