Caitlin Hardnick

Caitlin is an Associate in the corporate and commercial department and has serviced a wide range of clients since 2020, including large corporate entities and multi-listed companies. She has been involved in the management, tracking, and closing of large commercial projects and the preparation and management of merger and acquisition due diligence questionnaires and reports and complex reorganisation transactions, including contract drafting and review.

Caitlin has also gained experience across the Estates and Fiduciary and Conveyancing departments and has been extensively involved in the administration of deceased estates, drafting of wills, and the registration, amendment, management and deregistration of various trust structures, providing her with a well-rounded and holistic perspective in her current corporate and commercial practice. She brings a careful, process-driven approach to her work, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and delivering a high standard of client service.
