Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Muhammad Hussein began his legal journey in 2022 at a boutique law firm, where he gained practical experience in general litigation and the administration of deceased estates. Later that year, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

In August 2023, he joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Incorporated as a Candidate Legal Practitioner, where he completed his Practical Vocational Training in August 2024 and was retained as an associate designate. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in employment law.

Muhammad Hussein joined Thomson Wilks in March 2025 as an associate designate and is currently awaiting admission as a legal practitioner. He works closely with directors in the Employment Practice, with his work spanning areas of employment law advice and litigation, including matters relating to industrial action, retrenchments, and disputes before labour tribunals.
