Olivia graduated from the University of Pretoria with an LLB degree in 2012. She joined a reputable practice in Pretoria where she gained experience in family law and general litigation. In 2015 Olivia established her own law firm where she developed a busy immigration law practice in addition to her family law and general litigation work.

Olivia subsequently merged her practice with that of Thomson Wilks Inc in 2018.

Olivia’s immigration practice is now well established and works regularly with the Department of Home Affairs, obtaining essential documentation for clients. She regularly assists clients with permanent residency applications, visa applications (from work visas, study visas, critical skills visa to name a few).

Her family law work remains a passion and runs hand in hand with her family immigration services.  Olivia has extensive experience with family law matters such as divorces, maintenance agreements, custody disputes and mediation.

Olivia is fluent in Italian and places her ideally to represent a number of local and internationally based Italian clients.
