Sarah Roberts obtained a BA/LLB degree with dean’s list from Rhodes University.

Following her studies, she completed her articles in the commercial litigation team of a respected Sandton law firm and was admitted in 2020.

Since then, Sarah has focused on commercial litigation, handling various disputes such as contractual and delictual claims in both High Court trial and motion proceedings, as well as commercial arbitrations and mediations.

Sarah's expertise extends to insolvency law, where she has represented numerous creditors and liquidators in insolvency proceedings.

Sarah is based in our Sandton office.
