Sive is an associate in the Commercial litigation team at Thomson Wilks. He joined the firm in October 2025, coming from one of the South African leading law firms.

His practice experience involves a wide spectrum of Construction, Insurance and Commercial litigation, with specific focus on contractual disputes, infrastructure related claims, and drafting legal opinions across various lines of insurance business.

Sive also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in commercial law, with research focus on liquidations and the business rescue process.

Combining his analytical rigour with a commercial mindset, Sive provides clients with clear, strategic legal advice that is both technically sound and practically informed.
