Janine Nainkin

Janine Nainkin holds the degrees Bcom LLB LLM and has been a practising attorney for more than 22 years specialising in Intellectual Property Law. Janine is a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Lawand has a special interest in trade mark and copyright law.

She has acted in numerous reported cases and advised clients extensively on trade mark and copyright matters. Janine has also acted and advised clients in the field of competition law and competition law compliance.
