Nick graduated with an LLB degree in 2007 and in the process of completing his articles gained important litigation experience, particularly in relation to personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims.

Nick has concentrated his attention on general and commercial litigation, where he has developed his expertise. His practice includes both Magistrate’s Court and High Court litigation.

His areas of expertise also include insolvency matters and competition law issues. Before joining Thomson Wilks, Nick managed the litigation department of a reputable Cape Town law firm.
