Jaron obtained his B.Soc.Sci, LL.B and LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town and was admitted as an attorney in June 2024.

Jaron’s experience relates to various aspects of leverage finance, restructurings, syndicated lending and debt capital markets including note issuances and programme memorandum updates and establishments.

Jaron’s experience also relates to advising clients in relation to various aspects of the South African Companies Act, 2008, due diligence investigations, corporate restructures, general South African corporate governance and drafting commercial agreements, including memoranda of incorporation, shareholders agreements, subscription agreements, sale of shares agreements, share repurchase agreements and sale of business agreements.
