As Legal Counsel for a global ICT company, she led legal strategy across Southern Africa, championing data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical technology contracting.

Her expertise spans data privacy and protection, intellectual property, and complex commercial negotiations—passionate about innovation, digital transformation and governance.

Kgomotso is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa(IoDSA), an admitted attorney of the High Court and holds advanced legal and executive qualifications, including an LLB, Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law, and senior leadership training from GIBS and Wits Business School.
