Rob holds undergraduate degrees in commerce and law and a master’s degree in taxation. He was admitted as an attorney in 2012.

Rob is an experienced attorney with a passion for resolving complex disputes in the evolving and highly regulated sectors of construction, mining, energy, banking and logistics. He has a wealth of experience in both domestic and international arbitration having advised local and foreign clients across various industries. He is an active member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa), a leading African arbitral centre providing arbitration training and thought leadership. He is also a seasoned commercial litigator with a keen interest in class action defence. Rob has also advised clients on corporate investigations, commercial evictions, employment issues and has led several due diligences.  Rob's holistic experience places him in the unique position of being able to provide expert advice across several areas and industries.
